Bananas, almond milk, a hint of vanilla, and coconut oil combine to make these tasty and comforting gluten free vegan pancakes. Yum!

75g (1/2 cup) Brown rice flour
65g (1/2 cup) White rice flour
50g (1/4 cup + 2 tbs) Sweet rice flour
40g (1/4 cup) Tapioca flour
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
3 tablespoons water
1 large ripe banana, mashed
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt

2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
