2 Cups Cubed Pumpkin (1/2 small pumpkin)*
1 Tb Butter
1 Tb Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Dried Cranberries
2 Tb Chopped Pecans
Salt/Pepper to taste
1/3 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
2 Tb Milk
1/4 Cup Gorgonzola Cheese
3/4 Cup Sliced Celery (about 1 stalk)
