ou guys, I did it! I really, really did it and it was amazing. I finally {after many failed attempts} made the BEST cauliflower pizza ever! It was so good that my husband said next time I have to make him his own personal one. He actually whined about how disappointed he was that there was no more! I’m not going to lie. It took over an hour to make this pizza from start to finish, but it was totally worth it. Most of that time is spent waiting for it to cook in the oven, so you can wash up the

For the Crust:
1 small head of cauliflower, riced
¼ cup almond flour
¼ cup mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
seasonings of your choosing (I used garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt and sweet basil)
For the Sauce:
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
½ tsp garlic powder, onion powder and basil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Toppings of your choosing!
