green bean

It's a delicious and light dish.

500 g green beyan, 6 spoons olive oil, 1 onion, 1 fresh pepper, 2 glasses of tomato sauce or 5 tomatoes chopped, 2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon Suvar and hot water
Chop the onion and pepper. Put them in a pot. Add oil. Roast ten minutes at middle heat. Add salt and sugar. Add tomato sauce or tomatoes shredded. Cook it 10 minutes. Then add three glasses of hot water. Cook it 20 minutes more. It is ready. You can serve it with yoghurt. Turkish people like this meal.
