Boneless Pork Chops brushed with a Balsamic Glaze, Grilled to perfection and then topped with my homemade Peach & Mango Salsa. So fresh, light, healthy and incredibly delicious. This is a perfect Spring & Summer dish.

1/2 Cup, Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 Cup, Honey
1 Tablespoon, Tamari
1 Tablespoon, Olive Oil
2 Scallions, green & white parts, chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, rough chopped
1 Teaspoon, Fresh Rosemary, chopped
1 Teaspoon, Fresh Thyme, chopped
S&P
4 Tablespoons, Butter, unsalted
4 Pork Chops, Boneless & Center Cut
