This Grilled Chicken Chimichurri is definitely the easiest weeknight meal you can make. It’s fresh, flavourful, gluten-free, paleo and low-carb too.

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
4 large garlic cloves
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano, dried
1 cup parsley, packed
Dash of honey
