These kabobs are so nice because they are great for outdoor summer cooking and nothing is raw. You don't have to worry about under cooking anything. Your sole focus can be on getting the ham and pineapple to have the perfect roasted color! Oh boy, just thinking about these is making me hungry! Ok, well I will get on with the recipe already, but I am serious when I say that these will be great for your summer! Enjoy!
1 fresh pineapple
1/2 pound pre-cooked ham, thinly sliced
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup pineapple juice concentrate
About 20 wooden skewers

Soak the skewers in hot water for about 30 minutes before cooking the kabobs.
If cooking on the grill, heat on high. For the oven, preheat to high-broil.
Cut the ham pieces into 1 1/2-inch wide strips....
