Healthy donuts (or doughnuts)? Yes! This recipe is spiced like sweet cake and is gluten free, dairy free flour-less moist and fluffy! Enjoy as dessert food or a breakfast treat! Baked and topped with red, white and blue icing for patriotic festivities or simply anytime.

½ cup plus 1 Tablespoon Almond Milk (or regular milk if not dairy-free)
1 large egg
1 Tablespoon coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1? cup oat flour
? cup coconut sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
For the glaze:
1 cup confectioners sugar
1-2 Tablespoons water
optional food coloring
For the decorations:
¼ cup Colored Candy Wafers or add food coloring to ¼ cup melted white chocolate chips

1 Tablespoon coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1? cup oat flour
? cup coconut sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
For the glaze:
