For the Red Beans:
1 pound of red beans
12 oz turkey sausage cut up into 1/2 inch thick slices
1 ham bone
4 cups of water
1 diced onion
1 diced green bell pepper
4 stalks of celery diced
2 tablespoons of minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon Créole seasoning mix

1 head of cauliflower
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon Créole seasoning
2 tablespoons oregano
