Lets face it, who doesn’t love a cracking Thai Green Curry. This is one of my faves, not only because it tastes epic, but it’s super quick and easy to make. What makes this beauty even better is the fact you can have it as a low carb option, or throw some rice with it and have it as a post workout refuel meal #DingDingDing #Winner #SMTME
