Lets face it, who doesn’t love a cracking Thai Green Curry. This is one of my faves, not only because it tastes epic, but it’s super quick and easy to make. What makes this beauty even better is the fact you can have it as a low carb option, or throw some rice with it and have it as a post workout refuel meal #DingDingDing #Winner #SMTME

185g chicken breast
5g coconut oil
30ml coconut milk
30g Thai green paste
1/2 onion
50g green beans
5g coconut oil
30ml coconut milk
30g Thai green paste
1/2 onion
50g green beans
Add your coconut oil to a pan to heat. Add in your onion and green beans and cook over a medium heat until tender.
Add in half of your Thai green paste and cook for another minute.
