1 small onion, diced
3 cloves of garlic, minced or finely diced
5 oz sliced shitake muchrooms
8 oz sliced baby bella mushrooms
1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
1 tablespoon of olive oil
½ teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoons cumin
½ teaspoon cayenne
¼ teaspoon pepper
