1 lb cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp herbs de province
1 tsp Salt plus additional season
1 tsp Pepper plus additional season
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
1 shallot, minced
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
3 tbsp flat leaf parsley, coarsely chopped
