Homemade Mexican Salsa

The BEST Mexican Salsa!

5 tablespoons heaping of red onion (minced)
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro (chopped)
2-4 teaspoons fresh lime juice
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/4-1/2 Medium fresh jalapeƱo chili (seeded and minced)
1/4 teaspoon salt (or more to taste)
5 medium slices green bell pepper (chopped)
2 cans diced tomatoes with salt (drain half the can of juice)
Pulse the first 7 ingredients in a food processor 4 -5 times. Add tomatoes with half the juice 4 -5 more times, or until it is the consistency you want. Taste the salsa to see if it needs anything else to...
