Honey Chipotle Crispy Baked Wings are an easy and healthy game dish! They are coated in a spicy chipotle rub, baked to crispy perfection then smothered in a honey lime sauce!

2 pounds chicken wings, patted dry
Chipotle Chicken Rub:
2 tablespoons baking powder
1½ teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons chipotle in adobo sauce
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1½ teaspoons paprika
1½ teaspoons garlic salt (or ¾ teaspoon garlic power and ¾ teaspoon salt)
1 teaspoon onion powder
heaping ½ teaspoon ground coriander
½ teaspoon pepper
Honey Lime Dipping Sauce:
¼ cup honey
Juice of 2 limes
1 tablespoon minced cilantro leaves
½ teaspoon cornstarch
