Super healthy, fibrous side dish full of vitamins A, D, & B6! easy and also great for meal prep.

3 - 4 large sweet potatoes peeled, cubed
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup light agave nectar
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp liquid aminos (or an optional dash of sea salt)
