idli is a popular breakfast recipe in India. It contains for so many healthy benefits no need oil for this recipe. We can serve this recipe with Chutney and sambar.

? 2 cup rice
? 1 cup urad dal
? ¼ tsp fenugreek seeds
? Water as required
? Salt to taste
Wash the rice and Urad dhal separately Soak the rice and dhall for 5-6 Hours severally. Add the fenugreek seed with dhal for soak After 6 Hours drain the entire water. One again washes all the rice and dhal Grind the urad dal and fenugreek seed with mixer grinder till part become smoother Then take all the grinded flour in a vessel and keep it aside Grind the rice separately like before till it become smoother Mix both rice and flour together and close the lid keep aside for fermentation process. Full night is better for ferment Morning we found more flour than in night due to fermentation Now mix all the flour with the salt Add the flour in idli moulds and steam in idli cooker Wait for 10-20 minutes to cook Now we get the softy idli. Keep the remaining flour in the refrigerator to use next time
