Irish Coffee is a quick and easy hot cocktail recipe that is perfect for the fall and winter months when you want to warm up. It only needs four basic ingredients, including coffee, brown sugar, Irish Whiskey and whipped cream, and everyone will love them! It's perfect for enjoying after dinner. If you need a cocktail for your next dinner party this is the perfect one for you!

1 cup strong freshly brewed coffee
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 oz Irish Whiskey
whipped cream
cinnamon
  • Put brown sugar into mug then add in hot coffee until mug is about 3/4 full. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  • Add in Whiskey. Stir.
  • Top with whipped cream. Garnish with cinnamon to top.
