Who said crisps have to be unhealthy? These delicious, nutritious and easy to make kale crisps make the perfect healthy snack. They take only 15 minutes to make and taste fantastic. They’re so addictive and once you’ve tried them I’m sure you’ll be wondering why you waited so long.

150g kale
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. mixed herbs
1 tsp. pine nuts
Preheat the oven to 175C. Place the kale in a baking dish or tray the sprinkle with honey, mixed herbs and pine nuts. Heat for 10-15 minutes.
