Kat’s Vegan Overnight Oats in a Jar

Deliciously tasty and vegan overnight oats in a jar: High in fiber, great against diabetes and heart disease.

One clean jar with lid
½ cup rolled oats (about half the jar)
2 tsp chia seeds
2-3 tbsp soy yogurt (vanilla is delicious)
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp chopped almonds
½ cup of fresh or frozen raspberries
Optional
You can use any milk you like - soy, or rice, for example, or whatever you have to hand
Feel free to swap out the berries for a banana, or any other fruit you fancy really!

Put the oats, chia seeds yogurt and the almond milk into a jar. Stir until everything is mixed together nicely. Pro tip: If you have a big enough jar you can also just close it and shake. Boom!
