I try to cook fish at least one time a week for my family and I am always trying to find great recipes to test out with my family. Recently I found a recipe on for Lemon-Orange Orange Roughy. It was amazing so I thought I would share the recipe with all of you!
1 Tbs Olive Oil
4 (4 oz) Orange Roughy Fillets
1 Orange Juiced
1 Lemon Juiced
1/2 tsp Lemon Pepper
4 (4 oz) Orange Roughy Fillets
