If you enjoy a good veggie burger these will be a great addition to your meal plan. The whole family will love these, even the hard core meat eaters.

1 cube Uncooked Lentils
1-1/2 cup Sliced Mushrooms
1/2 medium Vildalia Onion (chopped)
2 teaspoons Garlic (chopped)
1/2 medium Zucchini (chopped)
2 medium Sweet Potatoes (peeled and grated)
2 medium Eggs (beaten)
1 cup Almond Flour
2 teaspoons Salt
2 teaspoons Cumin
1 tablespoon Curry Powder
1-1/2 cup Sliced Mushrooms
1/2 medium Vildalia Onion (chopped)
2 teaspoons Garlic (chopped)
1/2 medium Zucchini (chopped)
2 medium Sweet Potatoes (peeled and grated)
2 medium Eggs (beaten)
1 cup Almond Flour

Cook lentils according to package directions, add 1tsp salt and 1 tbsp curry powder to the water.
