Low Carb Bacon and Egg Stuffed Pepper

Breakfast stuffed into a yummy pepper!

1 Green Pepper
4 Slices of Bacon (or more :-))
2 tbsp Onion
2 tsp Garlic
1/2 cup Shredded Cheese
2 Eggs
-Cut the pepper in half and throw out the seeds -Pop the green pepper in the oven at 275F to cook while you sauté veggies and cook the bacon -Fill the halves with your meat and veggies, then sprinkle them with cheese -Crack the egg over the stuffed pepper and cook at 350F until the egg whites are cooked -Enjoy! Tip: Put the peppers in a smaller backing dish so they can stand up right while they cook
