A favourite childhood drink of mine made healthy (as much as I love sweetened condensed milk, it is not good for you =P) with just simple ingredients. No added sugar, a ripened mango is enough! GF and can be easily made vegan.

1 heaping cup diced soft, ripe yellow mango
1/3 cup greek yogurt, or vegan yogurt
Heaping 1/2 cup milk or milk alternative (I used rice milk)
4 ice cubes
