2 tbsp cooking oil (crisco)

dry ingredients
1 cup all purpose GF flour
¾ cup packed brown sugar
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
? - ½ cup super finely chopped walnuts

½ cup of the batter from above
mixed with 1½ tbsp cocoa powder
