Fruits are easier and quicker to take in in the form of liquid. I love blending them and drinking them down. Juicy cantaloupe and peaches are perfect for this recipe.

½ cup peach
½ cup cantaloupe
½ teaspoon maple syrup
4 ice cubes
½ cup cantaloupe

Put everything in a blender and blend until mixed and smooth.
Pour into a glass and serve.
