Fennel with an oriental twist.

1/2 tbsp miso paste
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp miso paste
1 tbsp olive oil
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut fennel bulb into wedges.
Mix miso paste and olive oil.
Spread miso paste mixture around each fennel wedge.
Place the fennel wedges in a baking dish and bake 45 minutes, turning halfway.
