Miso Trumpet Mushroom Sauce

I came up with a vegetarian version of the “ground pork sauce” (Rouzao) that is used in many Taiwanese snacks.

4 trumpet mushroom
2 tablespoon red miso paste
2 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
½ tablespoon rice wine
1 tablespoon olive oil
