Rice 1 cup
Foxtail millet 2 cups
Whole Blackgram 2 cups
Thur dal 1/2 cup
Moongh dal 1/2 cup
Chana dal 1/2 cup
Red chillies 3 to 5
Ginger a small piece of an inch size (Peeled)
Drumstick leaves 1cup, Grated Bottlegourd (Lauki) 1 cup
Finely chopped onions 1 cup
Salt to taste
Hingh powder 1/2 tea spoon
