Easy and delicious. Packed full of dried fruit and nuts... but the kids will never know!

½ cup walnuts
½ cup almonds
½ cup pecans
Pinch of salt
Pinch of cinnamon
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons maple syrup
¼ teaspoon vanilla
12-16 dates
½ cup icing sugar
