Noodle Soup is a spicy and flavorful, delicious oil free recipe prepared in less than 30 minutes. This hearty soup is a meal in itself. The recipe is vegan and gluten free. t’s National Noodle Day on October 6th. So there is no better time than this to share this quick and easy recipe.
Ingredients for Noodle Soup
Noodles of your choice – approx 150g (I have used rice noodles)
Onion chopped – 1
Garlic cloves chopped – 3
Green chile / Serrano pepper chopped – 1
Ginger grated – 1 tbsp
Mushroom chopped – 4 oz
Frozen green peas – 3/4 cup
Water – 3 cups
Roasted peanuts – 1/4 cup
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Worcestershire Sauce – 1 tbsp
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Cayenne powder / Red chile powder – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Dried basil leaves – 1 tsp
Tofu / Paneer cubes – 10
Tomato chopped – 1
Fresh mint leaves – for garnish
Salt – to taste
(Add in meat or fish of your choice id desired)
