Our Favorite Mango Salsa

There is much to love about mango salsa. It is vibrant, colorful, and pleasing to look at (as far as food goes). It is surprising (who would have thought mangoes would taste so good in savory foods!?). This stuff is so versatile–top fish or chicken with it, eat it plain with chips, add it to tacos or fajitas, or add a can of black beans and serve as a side dish. But best of all, this stuff is SO tasty. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. What do you like to use your mango salsa for?

2 medium-large ripe Mangos; peeled, pitted, diced

1/2 red bell pepper; diced

2 Tablespoons red onion; minced

2 Tablespoons fresh cilantro; diced

1 small jalapeno pepper; seeded and minced

2 Tablespoons lime juice

1 Tablespoons lemon juice

salt and pepper to taste
