Overnight Apple Cinnamon Steel Cut Oats

Set this to cook before bed and wake up to amazing smells and a no-fuss breakfast!

1 1/2 cup steel cut oats
2 apples, diced, skin on
4 cups water
2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
Place all ingredients into slow cooker and stir. Set slower cooker to low and cook for 6-8 hrs. Serve immediately or cool and keep in fridge for up to a week. To reheat, add additional 2-3 tablespoons...
