3 tablespoons tapioca starch
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)
