¼ cup (85 grams) honey or maple syrup for low FODMAP
½ cup (55 grams) melted coconut oil
1 cup (225 grams) pumpkin puree
½ cup (56 grams) coconut flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon ground cloves
½ teaspoon ground ginger
