All of the sushi taste you love in a healthy, gluten/grain/dairy/sugar free spiralized meal, without the carbs!

1 Fillet of Sizzlefish Coho Salmon (about 5oz uncooked)
1 1/2 tsp Sesame oil, divided
Salt + Pepper
1 Cup Cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 Large cucumber
1 Tbsp Coconut aminos
1/2 tsp Sriracha, or to taste + optional for garnish
1/4 tsp Rice vinegar
1/4 tsp Fresh ginger, minced
1/16 tsp Honey (a tiny squeeze will do!)
1/2 Sheet Nori, thinly sliced (seaweed)
2 Tbsp Green onions, minced
1/2 Small avocado, sliced (55g)
