These fries are made of sweet potatoes, they are thinly sliced and cooked to a crisp. They are well seasoned for taste.

3 Large Sweet Potatoes
3 tablespoon Arrowroot Starch
3/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Coarse Salt
2 dashes pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons Coconut Oil, in liquid form
3 tablespoon Arrowroot Starch
3/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Coarse Salt
2 dashes pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons Coconut Oil, in liquid form
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, combine the arrowroot starch, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
