There was a Twitter conversation recently about spaghetti, meatballs and the various sauces this traditional dish is served with. It got us thinking. Bolognese? Fabulous. Alfredo? Amazing. But there's something extraordinarily comforting about the simplicity of a fresh herb and tomato sauce. We've been to Italy numerous times and many of our favorite dishes are the most simplistic. 3 fresh tomatoes (peeled, cored and boiled)
