A delicious copycat of Panera Bread's med veggie sandwich! Can be vegan without the cheese!

2 slices of bread
2 tablespoons of jalapeno cilantro lime hummus
¼ ( ½ cup spinach or lettuce )
¼ cup sliced cucumber
3 slices of tomato
¼ slice d red onion
2 slice d peppadew peppers
1 and ½ tablespoons crumbled feta cheese

¼ ( ½ cup spinach or lettuce )

Spread the hummus on one side of both slices of breads.
Layer on the veggies in the order listed above.
