Persian Chicken Kabob or Joojeh Kebob is one of the easiest, healthiest and most delicious kobobs one can make.

1lb of Chicken Breast Cut in 1 inch Cubes
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 Onion
1/2 tsp of Saffron
1/2 tsp of Turmeric
1/2 tsp of Ground Ginger
2 Tbsps of Plain Yogurt
1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste

1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
In a bowl, season the chicken with salt, pepper, saffron, turmeric and ginger. Then add the onion, yogurt and olive oil.
Mix well, cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 1/2 hour to 4 hours....
