shanghai rolls savory enough to get you ready for the main dish :)

1. clean ground pork
2. mix in onions, carrots, and bell peppers mix the filling
3. add 1 egg, salt and pepper
4. mix the filling by hand
5. lay down wrappers and spoon 1 tablespoon full meat and form into stirp
6. roll the wrapper halfway and fold sides
7. continue to roll and apply egg wash on the end and seal. **egg wash is one egg and 1/4 cup water whisked together**
8. deep fry until golden brown
9. serve with ketchup/ catsup for sauce :)
