Prawns in Mashed Green Grams Soup

Here is another version of moon or green gram soup with sauted prawns. If you want to prepare vegetarian soup, skip prawns or instead of prawns , add mushrooms or tofu.

1/4 lb(50 Grams) peeled and deveined prawns
•1 Cup boiled and mashed sprouted green grams
•3-4 Celery (Chopped into small cubes)
•8-10 Mint leaves
• 1 small tomato, diced
•3 cups Vegetable broth, or more as needed
•1 Onion (Sliced )
•1-2 bay leaves
• 2-3 peppercorns
•2 cloves
•1 Teaspoon Grated Ginger
•1 Teaspoon Grated Garlic
•1 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
•1-2 Tablespoon Oil
•1 Tablespoon corn starch dissolved in 1 Tablespoon water
•Chili flakes (optional)
For green gram sprouts, you have to soak green grams in water in advance and then tie them in thin muslin cloth. Keep them in warm place and after 2 days, you will get nice and big sprouted green grams....

This cheese bake is very easy and quick, so anyone can make this, including those who have lots to do or those of you who have not enough time.

100 g Prawn
1/2 Bloccoli
Sauce:
6 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Mastard
100 g Cheese
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper

1. Cut the big prawn in half.

2. Put mayonnaise, milk, mustard , salt and pepper in a jam jar. Close the lid and shake it.
