Indulge in a creamy fall treat while still getting some healthy omega 3 fats, protein, and fiber from the chia seeds.

1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk or milk of choice
2 tablespoons honey or sweetner of choice
2 tablespoons pureed unflavored pumpkin
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk together. Chill in fridge for 3 hours then stir before serving. The chia seeds are amazing, they turn the liquidy mixture into a creamy pudding!!
