Quick White Bean Spread (vegan pâté). A super fast, easy and healthy recipe that works as an appetizer, snack or party dip. Surprise your guests with this awesome vegan pâté.

1 medium onion
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1 regular can (440g) cannellini or white beans
¼ cup sun dried tomatoes
Juice of half a lemon
2 tbsp chopped fresh or frozen parsley (1 tbsp if dried)
2 tbsp chopped fresh or frozen chives
1 tbsp water
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional:
2 tbsp tomato puree.
