Raspberry Tea with Shiso

5

Shiso leaves add a special flavor to this pinkish tea drink.

1
1 cup brewed tea (black or green)
4 raspberries
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon chopped shiso leaves
Put raspberries, sugar and few tablespoons of brewed tea into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour the rest of the tea into a glass, add the raspberry mixture, then top with shiso leaves. Serve hot or cold. If serving cold, you can add the shiso after removing the tea from refrigerator. Note: You can blend the shiso with raspberry too, if you want its flavor to be more infused.
