Raw Almond Chocolate Brownies with Hazel Nut and Prunes

3/4 cup (120g) almonds
1/2 cup (50g) hazelnuts
1/4 cup (50g) prunes
3 dates
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup (30g) cocoa or cacao powder
vanilla, to taste
pinch salt
Add all of your ingredients into a food processor. On a high speed, process for 3-4 minutes. Depending on the strength of your blender, you may want to pause and give your processor a break half way...

1/2 c light corn syrup

1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, cornmeal, cocoa and salt. Add eggs, melted butter, corn syrup and vanilla; mix well. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
