Raw Vegan Easter Eggs

Tomato shapes like eggs. If we coat them with nut cheese, they become bigger eggs.

8 cherry tomatoes
1 tablespoon chopped onion
½ tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup raw almond
½ cup raw walnut
2 chopped garlic cloves
Put everything except tomatoes in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Coat each tomato with nut mixture and shape into eggs. Depending on the size of the tomatoes, you can make 4 to 8 eggs.
