Quick way to make a sour and spicy soup. You can eat it raw or heat it up.

2 cup chopped tomato
1 cup chopped chili pepper (Anaheim, or other chili)
1 cup raw cashew
2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
Salt
Purified water
1 tablespoon chopped green onions
