Raw Vegan Sour and Spicy Soup

Quick way to make a sour and spicy soup. You can eat it raw or heat it up.

1 cup chopped chili pepper (Anaheim, or other chili)
1 cup raw cashew
2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
