Flavorful veggie meatballs to enjoy when you are craving an italian meal.

INGREDIENTS
Meatballs
½ cup mushrooms
½ cup carrots
1 cup raw sprouted buckwheat (dehydrate and grind into a flour)
2 sundried tomatoes
¼ cup red bell pepper
½ garlic clove
Fresh basil
Marinara Sauce
2-3 tomatoes
3-4 sun-dried tomatoes
2 sprigs of fresh basil
If you enjoy a sweeter sauce, you can add a couple of dates.
