Chicken Bone Broth made from rotisserie chicken is unbelievably simple and full of nutrients! It’s also a great appetite suppressant. Paleo and Gluten-Free!

Bones, skin from one large or two small rotisserie chickens
3/4 cup baby carrots
2 celery stalks, rinsed and coarsely chopped
4 cloves garlic, peeled and cut in half
1 medium onion, peeled and cut into quarters
3 green onions, rinsed and coarsely chopped
6 cups cold water, or just enough to cover chicken and vegetables
1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Marinated Taro Root

A marinated snack that can be used to replace late night bad habit cravings!

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
