Ready in just a few minutes. Gluten free and dairy free. Most of all; it taste really good!

Portabella Mushroom
carrots
onion
celery
soy sauce
cooking oil
garlic
Add a tablespoon of oil to your skillet. Saute your diced vegetables. Remove. Add more oil and saute both sides of sliced portabella mushroom with soy sauce. You don't need to add salt as the soy sauce is salty enough for most people. Top your mushroom with veggies and enjoy.
